There is no sexaul themes that I know of only maybe a poster of a woman in a bikini. There are GREAT rolemodles in this game, showing acts of kindness and mercy to prisioners. Its also very historical and teaches young people about the war, and not glorify it like in the movies. But there will be no swearing and no blood, gore, or dismemberment. Still if you do that though you still will be able to shoot people and flamethrow them, ect. But parents should know that there is an option at the begining of the game to turn down the violence and language setting. I get it if your another adult who wont let there kid play this game or any other COD just because it has that M sticker on it.
